BOOKING PROCEDURE

1. Inquiry

After you have sent your wishes using the inquiry form, we will get in touch with you to clarify the further procedure (availability, prices, booking etc.).
With sending of the inquiry form, you come in no obligations!

2. Booking

After your decision for a booking you will receive from us via email a booking confirmation with all necessary data for the booking.

3. Deposit Payment

Deposit payment via bank transfer to our bank account in Austria (no expenses within EU). After the booking confirmation please pay directly the deposit (about 20 % of the accommodation price).

4. Final booking confirmation

The final booking confirmation and other necessary data will be sent from us via email as soon as we receive the deposit payment.

5. Payment of the rest

The rest of the payment (Kuna or Euro) takes place locally in the tourist agency during your stay in Vrbnik. Foreign currency can be exchanged in tourist agency, banks, post office etc. Credit cards are not accepted. There are some cash machines ("bankomats") in Vrbnik. The tourist agency in Vrbnik is responsible for the local management of apartments (keys, payments, local customer care).

Local customer care

We provide local customer care for our customers with a local tourist agency in Vrbnik. The employees of this agency are there to help you with advice and support.
